How to Get Free UC in BGMI Without Scams

First off, there is no free UC in a BGMI generator, and no 10,000 UC redeem codes. People promoting them are scammers trying to steal your Battlegrounds Mobile India login details. Instead, there are four ways to get BGMI UC, or the things UC would buy, into your account for free, but they offer small returns and are pretty slow. These are the only methods KRAFTON allows without banning your account.

What UC Is and Why Free UC Is So Rare

UC, or Unknown Cash, is a premium currency in the in-game store. There’s another currency as well, Battle Points, that players can earn, but there’s hardly anything worthwhile to buy with BP. Most things, like mythic and legendary outfits, the Royale Pass, upgradable gun skins, and crate spins, cost UC.

UC can be purchased from KRAFTON using real money only, with packs that start from 60 UC for ₹75 and go up to 8,100 UC for ₹7,500. Hence, any source that promises you “free UC” is either a promotion by KRAFTON, a creator giveaway, or a scam.

Four Ways to Earn Free UC in BGMI

These are the only four methods, and the same four cover free UC in PUBG Mobile. They will more commonly get you crate coupons or outfits instead of UC, and each requires sacrificing your time, not your money.

1. In-Game Events, Missions, and the Free Royale Pass Track

Check out the Events tab frequently to see what’s available every day. You can earn crate coupons, Silver Fragments, and the occasional extra UC drop by taking part in the daily events, including login streaks, seasonal missions, and community events.

The free Royale Pass track offers the biggest no-cost value in the game. Completing normal matches and RP missions gains RP points and levels up the track for rewards like skins and outfits.

2. Official Redeem Codes and Where Real Ones Come From

Genuine BGMI codes come from BGMI and KRAFTON official social media accounts or other sources, such as events, esports, or creator collaborations. When you enter them along with your Character ID (CID) and captcha on the official Redemption Center, any associated reward is sent to your BGMI account via in-game mail. You can only redeem one code a day and can’t do so with a guest account.

Codes expire, they’re region-locked, and they’re often limited to only ten redemptions. This means aggregator code lists will rarely work, as their codes are usually used up within minutes.

3. Google Opinion Rewards

Android users can also get Google Play credit from Google Opinion Rewards. And once you have that, you can use it to buy UC. But this method is very slow and not that reliable. Surveys from India tend to pay a few rupees to about ₹30. Let’s say you get ₹5 per survey. You’d have to take 15 surveys to get enough credit to buy a 60 UC pack, which could take about three months.

The Royale Pass, at 360 UC, costs about ₹455 in BGMI’s Android in-game store, so it’ll take about 18 months to earn enough Play credit. Credit also expires after 12 months. And on iOS, the Google Opinion Rewards app isn’t available in India.

4. Creator Giveaways, Custom Rooms, and Tournaments

Indian BGMI content creators and esports organizers hand out UC through YouTube videos, custom-room scrims, and community tournaments. Most of these giveaways and contests require participation in their Discord and give out the password to a custom BGMI room.

A typical prize pool is a few hundred UC per room, paid as a top-up to the winner’s CID. That is a real giveaway, but if a week-old account asks you to comment your CID for free UC, do not fall for it.

Free UC Generators, No-Ban APKs, and Other Scams

Free UC generator sites promise 1,700 or 15,000 UC, ask for your CID, make you take endless “human verification” tests, and profit from them. Some of these sites are more overtly scammy, ask for your login and OTPs to link your account, and steal it. Legit UC sites and partners only need your CID, which is public information, to give you UC. So, if a site asks for anything beyond that, it’s a scam.

“No-ban” modded APKs skip all that and ship malware directly. KRAFTON’s terms of service also explicitly call out modified game clients and unauthorized third-party software as permanently bannable offenses, up to banning your device. We see the aftermath on our marketplace every week, with compromised accounts and pleas for recovery.

When Buying UC Is Cheaper Than Grinding

Surveys do pay out in the long term but take three months to get ₹75’s worth, while UC UP events double the 60 UC tier, with greater bonuses for buying more. Some denominations, like 800 UC and 8,000 UC, often get promotional bonus UC on UniPin, BGMI’s official partner, as well.

The method most praised in our community is getting Google Play Store gift cards from a friend or your parents and buying UC in-app on your own Google account. Discounted top-ups through an escrowed marketplace also work. The platform will not pay the seller until you’ve gotten the UC in your account, so you get it for slightly cheaper while being able to hold somebody accountable.
