Saryn remains the undisputed queen of area damage, exponentially spreading viral spores through enemy ranks to clear entire rooms with terrifying efficiency. Both Saryn Prime and her base variant sit firmly at the top. Mesa and Mesa Prime deliver relentless elimination through Peacemaker's overwhelming firepower, excelling in defense and exterminate missions alike.

Wisp brings unparalleled team buffing through her Motes, boosting health, speed, and shock capability for the whole squad. Octavia and Octavia Prime offer a uniquely powerful combination of invisibility and rhythm-based damage scaling. Uriel and Nokko round out the tier as potent newer additions with strong offensive and utility profiles that compete comfortably at the highest level of content.

A tier is packed with highly capable frames that excel in specific roles or mission types. Kullervo and Khora bring devastating melee and crowd control respectively, while Citrine offers strong damage and team support. Gauss dominates with speed and heat-based offense, and Nidus thrives through near-unkillable sustain. Nekros remains indispensable for farming content. Volt and Nova provide exceptional damage and utility, and Rhino continues to be a reliable all-rounder. Follie rounds out the tier as a solid newer addition with competitive offensive output.

B tier frames are viable and situationally strong but lack the consistency or ceiling of higher-ranked picks. Ash and Ivara shine in stealth-focused missions, while Hydroid and Nekros-adjacent farming setups benefit from Hydroid's loot utility. Equinox, Ember, and Frost handle crowd control and area denial competently. Trinity remains a dedicated support pick, and Valkyr and Inaros offer exceptional tankiness for players who prioritize survivability over damage output.

C tier frames — Loki, Nyx, Oberon, and Banshee — retain niche uses but struggle to justify a slot in most modern mission compositions. Loki and Nyx offer utility through invisibility and crowd control, yet both are largely outclassed by more versatile options higher up the list. Oberon provides modest healing and radiation damage, while Banshee's Sonar ability can amplify team damage but requires careful positioning and protection to function effectively.

Limbo sits alone in D tier. While his Rift mechanic offers theoretical utility, it frequently disrupts teammates and actively hinders mission flow, making him a poor choice in virtually all cooperative content.
