C tier frames — Loki, Nyx, Oberon, and Banshee — retain niche uses but struggle to justify a slot in most modern mission compositions. Loki and Nyx offer utility through invisibility and crowd control, yet both are largely outclassed by more versatile options higher up the list. Limbo sits alone in D tier. While his Rift mechanic offers theoretical utility, it frequently disrupts teammates and actively hinders mission flow, making him a poor choice in virtually all cooperative content.
