Octavia and Octavia Prime offer a uniquely powerful combination of invisibility and rhythm-based damage scaling. Limbo and Frost occupy the bottom tier, both hampered by mechanics that disrupt teammates or feel too situational for modern content. While each has niche applications, they are consistently outperformed by nearly every other frame on this list.
