March 2026 is a huge month for the game with the March 11 release of new hero Marcel, a Promo Diamonds event, and a free Epic skin event running through early April. Such events are typically accompanied by a fresh set of codes.

How to Redeem Codes in Mobile Legends Bang Bang
Players can redeem codes in two ways: on the official Moonton website or directly in-game. The website redemption method is considered more reliable.
Redeem on the Official Website
This is the most commonly used method for players and is recommended by Moonton itself.
Tap your profile avatar on the top left corner of your MLBB game screen, and take note of your Game ID (the longer number sequence) and Zone ID (found next to the Game ID).
Open m.mobilelegends.com/en/codexchange on your browser.
Enter both your Game ID and Zone ID in the boxes found on the left side.
Click on the send button next to the verification code field. You’ll receive this code in your in-game mailbox, but it will only be valid for 30 minutes.
Copy your verification code from your in-game mailbox, then return to the website page. Paste the code into the verification code field, and input the redemption code. Tap on redeem.
Check your in-game mailbox for your free rewards.
Pro Tip: Verification codes are valid for 30 minutes, so you can use one code for multiple redemptions as long as it is within that 30-minute limit.
Redeem Codes In-Game
This is the easier and faster method, though it is often buggy.
Open your MLBB game and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Find “Redemption Code” in the menu and tap.
Enter the redeem code and tap on “Okay”.
You’ll receive the items directly in your in-game mailbox.
Note: Make sure you are on the latest version of the game. If you can’t find “Redemption Code” in the menu, you may be running an out-of-date copy.
Why Your Mobile Legends Redeem Code Isn’t Working
It can be frustrating to discover a code with great items only to find that it won’t work. Here are the most common reasons why codes may not work.
Expired Code
The most common reason because codes have a set expiration. Some last for only 24 to 48 hours.
Claim Limit Reached
Some codes have a cap set for all redemptions. Once that cap is reached, the code is no longer active, even when it hasn't expired yet.
Typed wrong
Since codes are case sensitive, mistaking a small “i” for a capital “I”, or using a letter O instead of the number 0, will invalidate any code.
Region Restrictions
Some codes are region-locked, and Moonton does not always indicate it.
Verification Code Timed Out
If you’re using the website claim method, verification codes are valid for only 30 minutes. If you exceed that, you’ll need a new one.
What Free Rewards Do MLBB Codes Give You?
Free items are great to have, but expect code rewards to match the level of effort it takes to earn them. While you won’t be getting Legend Skins here, there are still rather valuable rewards to be claimed.
Free diamonds are the best rewards. These range from just 5 to 50, but free is free, and still allows you to save up over time.
Skins trial cards let you try out various skins for a set number of days.
Hero trial cards unlock a specific Hero for a limited time, much like skin trial cards.
Hero fragments and magic dust are the most common rewards. Save them up, and you’ll appreciate them being free.

What’s Happening in MLBB March 2026
MLBB’s March in 2026 is stacked with content, meaning possibly more codes to look out for. Here are the key events announced by Moonton.
Marcel, the Soul Photographer, launches on March 11th, featuring the first time-stop ability in the game. He’s a Support hero whose kit involves the use of “snapshots” and a stasis mechanic to disrupt the enemy. New hero releases often come with new codes.
The Promo Diamonds event makes its return, with a chance to earn up to 840 Diamonds through logins and tasks. There’s also a Mega Sale event where you can make the best use of the diamonds you’ll be netting.
There’s a Free Epic Skin event from March 11 to April 6. Complete daily logins and match tasks to earn draw tokens for a shot at a random Epic Skin.
New skins are arriving as well, with Lylia’s “Pantasmal Revelry” Covenant skin that dropped on March 3 via Battlepass Event, while Fanny is getting the first Legend skin for 2026. Freya’s “Starborne Resolve” Starlight skin is due out this month, too.
