The maximum number here will be 200,000. After Town Hall 7, that percentage will drop by two percent after each Town Hall level. Available Loot – Town Hall

With the Town Hall 11 update, Town Halls are used as Storage. It contains a part of the loot, which equals one Elixir Storage, one Gold Storage, and ¼ of the Dark Elixir Storage. Storages – The percentage of Dark Elixir you could steal from Storage before Town Hall 9 is six percent, which is 2000 Dark Elixir. This is the cap. However, at Town Hall 9, it will be five percent or 2500 DE. When you reach Town Hall 10, it’s four percent (3000 DE), and Town Hall 11 is also four percent but 3500 DE.
