Retrieving Your CoC Account on iOS
Here’s what you must do to retrieve your Clash of Clans account if you were using an iOS device:
- Go to Your “Settings.”
- Find Game Center.
- Insert Apple ID.
- Start the game (make sure you have the proper village).
There are situations where your Apply ID might not be available. If so, you must go to settings to add it. After that, open the Game Center and select “Use Another Apple ID for Game Center.”
Retrieving Your CoC Account on Android
This is what you must do to recover the account on your Android device:
- Start the game (use the proper Gmail and Google Play accounts).
- Go to “Settings” and click on the “Disconnected” button on the right from “Google Play Sign-In.”
The game will automatically find the village associated with your current email account. If you don’t have any village related to this email, change your Google accounts until you find the one that fits.
Retrieving Your CoC Account with Supercell ID
If you remember your Supercell ID, you can retrieve the account without contacting customer support. Here’s how to do it:
- Click on the “Settings” button
- Click “Continue” in the next window.
- Insert the email data associated with your Supercell ID.
- Check “Remember me on this device” once you’re done.
- Go to your email to find and insert the code in the appropriate field.
Now, you can go back to your last game without any issues.
How to Contact CoC Support?
Players can also contact the game’s customer support to resolve the issue. The good news is that these guys and girls work around the clock, and you should get your response relatively quickly.
Keep in mind that you’ll have to provide some sort of proof that you indeed own a specific Clash of Clans ID. In these situations, Clash of Clans will simply change the email associated with the CoC account so you can access it (you can’t use a previously used email).
Here’s what you must do:
- Start the game and go to “Settings.”
- Click on the “Help and Support” button.
- Select the blue message icon in the top right corner.
- Select one of the available options. You can start a live chat or leave a message. There are even quick links for account retrieval that will guide you throughout the process.
In situations such as this, it’s perfect to have Account Protection. Otherwise, you’ll have to give the developers some information showing your account ownership.
