Wisp brings unparalleled team buffing through her Motes, boosting health, speed, and shock capability for the whole squad. Octavia and Octavia Prime offer a uniquely powerful combination of invisibility and rhythm-based damage scaling. C tier frames — Loki, Nyx, Oberon, and Banshee — retain niche uses but struggle to justify a slot in most modern mission compositions.
