Every purchase is covered by the igitems Guarantee®. Your payment is held by igitems until you confirm you were able to log in and secure the account — if the seller disappears or the details don't work, you get a full refund.

Everything you need to take full ownership: login email, password, and — where possible — the original email's password so you can replace it with your own. Recovery questions and any linked social data are attached to the order page.

Log in, change the password, and swap the linked email to one only you control. Most sellers include the original email's password specifically so you can do this. Enable 2FA on the new email for long-term safety.

Funds stay frozen with igitems for a review window after delivery. If a recovery attempt happens during that time, open a dispute and our team steps in. Changing the email and password first makes recovery attempts far harder to succeed.

Delivery depends on the seller — each listing shows an estimated delivery time based on their past orders. Many sellers deliver within minutes; for scheduled handovers, the seller contacts you through the order chat.

Most publishers discourage account trading in their terms of service. The risk of action is low when the new owner secures the account properly, but it does exist — we recommend only buying accounts you genuinely want to play.

Listings default to Top Picks, which surfaces accounts from sellers with strong community standing and consistently accurate listings first. Switch to a price sort if you want a strict cheapest-to-most-expensive order, or use a category-specific sort when one is offered.
