Brawl Stars: Brawler-tierilista

The March hotfix was very aggressive, with some significant changes to Sirius having been handed a slower attack speed, while Frank's HP was reduced, and Bibi's overheal was also patched, yet all three stayed at the top of the meta. Players of close-range brawlers also received more options with buffs to Najia and Crow's Instapoison. Tanks and Assassins dominate ranked matches in the latest meta, while best brawlers for long-range like Colt and Emz are the counters.

Bibi is currently the best brawler for close-range pressure that makes her almost impossible to trade into when combined with the Buffie survival buffs, while Ash received a standalone seven-star rating with data to back it up.

Sirius currently holds the top win rate for competitive games, even with his nerfs, owing to his Hypercharge that still warps every fight. Mortis is still the most popular Assassin with an 11.5% pick rate. Crow's reworked Instapoison gadget made him lethal by dumping all poison at once with a shield on top.

Emz and Colt now serve as the perfect counter to the current aggro meta, with the former boasting a 59.69 win rate from melting tanks, and the latter shredding anything that stays still. Rico and Bull are also here, thriving on the close-range and wall-heavy map rotations.

At the top of A-tier, Spike has a 64.29% win rate and is one of the strongest brawlers, just one minor adjustment away from S-tier. His area denial crushes groups but is inconsistent on open maps. Mandy is one of the best picks for long-range, with candy projectile tracking that's almost impossible to escape.

Cordelius guarantees 1v1s and a win against squishy opponents with his pull. Byron holds down the support front with healing that keeps aggro teammates alive.

Piper, Shelly, 8-Bit, and Grom all perform well across game modes and serve as top brawlers as back-ups to banned S-tiers.

These brawlers perform better in specific modes like Showdown and Brawl Ball, but are also somewhat inconsistent. Leon has stealth but is easily outraged by Bibi and Bull. Bo, Angelo, and Bea reward player skill but don't hold up well against coordinated aggression.

Other brawlers to play in the same boat are Nita with her Bear With Me Star Power that now has overheal for better sustain, and Darryl can roll in for a kill, but could snowball just as easily as he could feed instead.

Characters in Brawl Stars at C-tier have problematic traits or mechanics and better options at every role. Belle marks targets well, but assassins can engage before she can even land shots. Gene's pull is notable, but his damage is far too low. Edgar and Tara are both easily countered by S-Tiers, while Bonnie and Barley feel too outdated now.

El Primo, Jessie, Penny, and Poco currently sit at the bottom. C-tiers are often easily countered, or are just much more difficult to convert, but these nerfed brawlers outright underperform and just can't hold up against many brawlers, especially those in the upper ranks. But worry not, meta changes from a patch or two could just as easily turn things around for your favorite brawler.
