What is the process?

After buying the clan , I will invite you to the clan in order to transfer the leadership. 

Please note:

Unlike Name change of a clan which can be checked beforehand using  clan rename Card , flag change of the clan can't be check before actually trying to change the flag, so in case flag change is not possible then I will change the clan to a new one. Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.
