I could connect once to the account. After that it was impossible to connect again.

Completely different from what I purchased, no in-game currency whatsoever, dude said heโd check on the order but took a whole hour and a half before I put him on dispute, then came back.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about buying, selling, and trading on igitems.
What information do I receive when I buy an account?
Everything you need to take full ownership: login email, password, and โ where possible โ the original email's password so you can replace it with your own. Recovery questions and any linked social data are attached to the order page.
How fast will I get the account details?
Delivery depends on the seller โ each listing shows an estimated delivery time based on their past orders. Many sellers deliver within minutes; for scheduled handovers, the seller contacts you through the order chat.
Is it safe to buy a gaming account on igitems?
Every purchase is covered by the igitems Guaranteeยฎ. Your payment is held by igitems until you confirm you were able to log in and secure the account โ if the seller disappears or the details don't work, you get a full refund.
How do I secure the account right after buying?
Log in, change the password, and swap the linked email to one only you control. Most sellers include the original email's password specifically so you can do this. Enable 2FA on the new email for long-term safety.
What if the original owner tries to recover the account?
Funds stay frozen with igitems for a review window after delivery. If a recovery attempt happens during that time, open a dispute and our team steps in. Changing the email and password first makes recovery attempts far harder to succeed.
