How to Get Free Fortnite Skins?

Explorer Emilie
The first skin on our list is Explorer Emilie. Although somewhat plain-looking, wearing this outfit beats the default design. You’ll have to link the Epic Games account with the Lego Insiders account to get the skin. Here’s how you do that:
- Visit the official Epic Games website.
- Go to your personal Account Page and click “Apps and Accounts.”
- Now, you need to go down the menu to the Lego account.
- Link the accounts.
Remember that you must be logged into your Lego account to link the two together. Once you link the two, you’ll get a confirmation message. Following these steps, Explorer Emilie will automatically appear in your locker. The cool thing about this cosmetic is that you can wear it in various modes.
We also have to mention the skin turns into a Lego outfit when you’re playing Fortnite Lego modes.
Chord Kahele
An interesting thing about Chord Kahele is that it’s only available to mobile players. You need to accrue 100,000 XP on your mobile device to get this one.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the only restriction. While the skin is available to all Android users regardless of location, it’s limited for iOS users (only Europeans can grab the outfit). Here are a few methods for getting enough experience:

If you want to get this skin, you must make haste. The free skin offer lasts until February 21, 2025. After that, the skin might be available through the Epic Store, and you’ll likely have to spend V-Bucks to buy it. Of course, it would be much better to grab it for free before the deadline.
Trailblazer Tai
If you wish to get this exclusive skin, you only need to play the Lego Fortnite mode. While doing that, you’ll also have to finish a few basic quests. Trailblazer Tai is a part of the True Explorers Quest Pack alongside Explorer Emilie.
Like other skins on this list, Trailblazer Tai turns into its Lego counterpart when you’re playing Lego Fortnite Odyssey and other related Lego content. Here’s what you need to do to unlock this excellent cosmetic:
- Head out to the item store and grab the True Explorers Quest Pack (it’s completely free).
- Jump into Lego Fortnite and finish four unique challenges (inviting an NPC to live in your village, crafting a sword, building a spinning wheel, and damaging an opponent with a recurve bow).
The process is pretty straightforward and fun, so it’s no wonder most players have grabbed Trailblazer Tai by now.
Mr. Dappermint
Fortnite doesn’t lack silly costumes, and Mr. Dappermint embodies unorthodox. If you ever wanted to run around the map dressed like a candy cane, your wish can finally come true.
You’ll need to connect Lego and Epic Games accounts to acquire this outfit. In other words, you’ll get it simultaneously as you’d get Explorer Emilie, and just like the former, Mr. Dappermint will appear in your locker immediately.
