Supercell’s terms do not allow accounts to be bought, sold or transferred. Enforcement may include limits, suspension or a permanent ban. Buying through our marketplace does not change those rules, and we cannot promise that Supercell will never act.

Buyer Protection and a recovery warranty can reduce your financial exposure when an event is covered. They cannot make a transfer risk-free or prevent enforcement. Our current recovery and ban terms are: the seller must fix any recovery or ban they caused. If they don’t, escalate the dispute and our team mediates a fix, from a replacement to a partial or full refund.

Use only the access and security options included with the order. Never give extra passwords, payment details or verification codes to someone outside the protected order.

With a private deal through a post, DM or chat, the seller may disappear as soon as money is sent. Here, seller ratings and completed sales are visible, messages stay linked to the order and the account must match its description.

Our payment process works as follows: your payment goes to igitems, not the seller, and is released only after you confirm the account. If you don’t confirm, the order closes about 4 days after a verified seller marks it delivered. A dispute opened before then keeps the payment on hold until the issue is settled.

A protected listing may cost more than a private offer. That difference pays for a recorded order, support and a way to raise a claim.

Buyer Protection and any recovery warranty shown on the offer apply under their stated terms. Check the offer’s coverage before paying. Our current policy is: a full refund if the account never arrives or doesn’t match the listing. Disputes start on the order page, and our team decides if you and the seller can’t agree.

Report credentials that do not work, missing promised brawlers or upgrades, major differences from the listing, or recovery by the previous owner. If a ban is covered, the warranty terms will state the time limit and conditions. Approved claims receive the refund or replacement set out in the policy.
