Check for account linking
If you linked your Clash of Clans account to a social media platform (such as Google or Facebook), you may be able to recover your account by logging in through that platform.
To do this, open the Clash of Clans app and tap the "More" button in the bottom right corner. From there, tap the "Linked accounts" option and try logging in through the linked platform.
Contact Supercell support
If you can't recover your account through account linking, you can try reaching out to Supercell, the developer of Clash of Clans, for assistance.
To do this, tap the "More" button in the app, then tap the "Help and support" option. From there, you can select the "Contact us" option to send a message to Supercell's customer support team.
Provide as much information as possible: When contacting Supercell, be sure to provide as much information as possible about your account.
This can include the name of your village, the level of your town hall, the names of any clan members, and any in-game purchases you may have made.
The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for Supercell to verify that the account belongs to you.
Be patient
It may take some time for Supercell to respond to your request, so it's important to be patient. In the meantime, you can try logging in to your account every few days to see if access has been restored.
