Pokémon GO accounts for sale

Our 1,800+ active listings range from fresh starter accounts to maxed and collector-grade collections.

Buying an account lets you skip months of leveling, walking, raiding, and gathering resources. Return to raids or GO Battle League now, find a rare Pokémon or original 2016 account, or pick up a cheap secondary account. It can also give you a fresh start after losing an old login.

How to choose

Which kind of Pokémon GO account should you buy?

You buy the whole trainer account. This includes its Pokémon collection, level, candy, Stardust, PokéCoins, items, badges, storage, and other resources still present at delivery.

The listing should tell you the level, team, login type, account age, key Pokémon, and major resources. These parts are not moved one by one to your old trainer. Login access to the full listed account changes hands.

Best for
Trading, joining more raids, or getting a low-cost second account
What to expect
Prices currently start at under $25. PTC is a common login type, and some sellers offer bundles for buyers who need several accounts. These accounts tend to have modest resources and smaller Shiny collections. They cost less because they hold less. Sort from lowest price to find the cheapest options.
Best for
Returning players who want to raid or enter GO Battle League soon
What to expect
Current listings are around $30 to $70. Look for useful Legendaries, enough Stardust to build a team, and suitable candy. Level alone does not promise a strong roster, so compare screenshots and Pokémon counts before buying.
Best for
Buyers who want a large collection with little grind left
What to expect
Expect prices around $85 to $130. These accounts may have many Legendaries and Shinies, millions of Stardust, and larger Pokémon or item storage. Old accounts, high hundo counts, and rare Pokémon can push the price well above the usual range.
Best for
Original 2016 trainers, rare Pokémon, hundos, and shundos
What to expect
Prices range from $110 to $150, with exceptional collections costing more. Older accounts may carry a premium due to their age and legacy Pokémon. Some small “mini” accounts are built around one prize, such as a shundo, event-exclusive Pokémon, special background, Armored Pokémon, Mewtwo, or Rayquaza. Shundo Legendaries often bring the highest premiums. Search by Pokémon name, then confirm that the exact Pokémon appears in recent screenshots. Do not rely on the title alone.

What does PTC mean? PTC stands for Pokémon Trainer Club. Buyers often prefer it because the credentials may be changed without keeping a Google or Facebook account in the handover. You should still check every linked login and recovery option.

What to check

What to look for when buying a Pokémon GO account

The highest-level trainer is not always the best buy. Match the roster and resources to what you plan to do. Ask for recent screenshots of important Pokémon, and check whether large Shiny or Legendary totals include many duplicates.

  • Stardust and candy. Stardust pays for power-ups and second Charged Attacks, so it can matter more than trainer level. Raid buyers may want around 1–3 million Stardust for several builds. A PvP buyer building a wider bench may prefer 2–5 million or more. Also check that the account has candy for the Pokémon you want to improve.
  • Shinies, Legendaries, and battle value. A Shiny looks different, but that does not make it stronger. Species, IVs, moves, and usable Legendaries matter more in raids and battles. Collectors may pay more for Shinies, backgrounds, and rare costumes. Performance-focused buyers should look past visual rarity.
  • Team and region. Valor, Mystic, or Instinct matters most when you play gyms with friends. An account with no team may let you make the choice yourself. Region matters because an account’s history can affect which regional or past event Pokémon it holds.
  • Login method and email access. Check every provider linked to the account, not just the password being sent to you. Every account comes with full access to its login email, and a PTC login makes the handover especially clean. For Google- or Facebook-linked accounts, you need control of the login, email, two-factor authentication, and recovery methods.
The price

How much does a Pokémon GO account cost?

Starter accounts are the cheapest, followed by Level 40–50 shortcut accounts. Stacked Level 70+ trainers cost more because of their resources and collections. Original 2016 and collector accounts have the widest price range. See the live ranges in the table above, as inventory and prices change when listings sell.

One rare Pokémon can add more value than a large generic count. Shiny Mythical Pokémon, Apex or special-background Legendaries, and shundos often bring the largest premiums. Age, hundo count, Stardust, trainer level, and storage also affect price. If the seller discloses whether an account was hand-leveled or automated, that history can affect both price and risk. Duplicates and common Shinies usually add less value than headline totals suggest. To check what a specific account is worth, use our Pokémon GO account value calculator.

Protection

Is it safe to buy a Pokémon GO account?

Account trading has risks, so no marketplace should call it risk-free. You can cut those risks by choosing a proven seller, checking the listing closely, and securing every login route as soon as delivery is complete.

01

Is buying an account legal?

Buying a game account is not, by itself, generally a crime under US law. Game rules are a separate matter. Transferring an account may break Niantic’s terms, which means the account could be flagged, restricted, or banned.

That is a platform risk rather than a criminal penalty. Read the listing history and any hand-leveled or automated label. You should also check the exact ban and recovery coverage shown on the order before paying.

02

What can go wrong?

There are three main risks:

  1. 1.The delivered account does not match the listing.
  2. 2.The seller keeps a login or recovery route and takes the account back.
  3. 3.Niantic flags the account.

Recent screenshots help with the first risk. Full login and recovery checks reduce the second. Any ban or recovery warranty only applies for its stated period and under its listed conditions.

03

Can the seller take the account back?

Recovery can happen if the seller still controls an original Gmail address, Facebook account, backup email, phone number, or another linked provider.

This is why fully changeable credentials matter. Remove old login providers and recovery routes, then add your own. If a qualifying account is reclaimed, the refund or replacement available will follow the warranty terms shown below.

04

What buyer protection applies?

Our current Pokémon GO account protection terms are:

  • Order check: Your payment goes to igitems, not the seller, and is released only after you confirm the account. If you don’t confirm, the order closes about 4 days after a verified seller marks it delivered. A dispute opened before then keeps the payment on hold until the issue is settled.
  • Non-delivery: Orders that never arrive are refunded in full.
  • Material mismatch: A full refund, or a partial refund or replacement if you’d rather keep the account. Disputes start on the order page, and our team steps in when the seller can’t resolve it.
  • Ban and recovery cover: The seller must fix any recovery or ban they caused. If they don’t, escalate the dispute and our team mediates a fix, from a replacement to a partial or full refund.
  • Dispute review: Support can inspect order messages, screenshots, login errors, and other evidence before deciding the outcome.

Keep all messages and delivery details inside the protected order chat. This gives support a clear record if there is a dispute.

05

What should you do?

Choose a verified seller with recent sales and good account-specific reviews. Check the login type, screenshots, and delivery window before paying. Once access works, compare the delivered roster with the listing before confirming. Then change every credential and recovery option you can.

06

Why use a specialist marketplace?

A Reddit or Facebook deal often depends on private messages and personal vouches. An eBay offer may come from an overseas seller, include added costs, or rely on general protections that were not made for game accounts.

Here, you can compare live inventory in USD, see each seller’s record, read Pokémon GO purchase reviews, use protected order messages, and follow a clear dispute and warranty process.

How fast is delivery?

“Instant delivery” means the login details are released automatically once payment clears. Other accounts may require the seller to deliver them, often within 24 hours. The exact window appears on each card.

The account warranty begins when the order is marked completed, and lasts 14 days.

Can you buy an account as a gift?

Yes. Buy and secure the account first, then move the login to the recipient’s email where the login type allows it. Check this before ordering.

How to secure your account

  • Change the password.
  • Change and verify the email where allowed.
  • Remove every login provider linked to the seller.
  • Connect your own login and recovery details.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication for the email or login provider.
  • Change the trainer name if a name change is available and wanted.

Do not reuse a password from another account.
