You'll Need

  • A Rockstar Games account
  • Rockstar Games Launcher (or browser of choice)
  • Code from the igitems order

Step-by-step

  1. Copy your code from the igitems order.
  2. Open and sign in to your account in the Rockstar Games Launcher.
  3. In the top-right corner, click the R icon.
  4. Hit Redeem Code
  5. Paste (or enter) the code.
  6. Check, then confirm the checkbox that lists the items you’ll be receiving.
  7. Redeem, and the title should appear somewhere on your “My Library”.

Troubleshooting

Code rejected on the web page

You have to type each code and the dashes yourself since the automatic insert only works in the launcher.

One-time use error.

Since codes are one-time use, the first account on which they were redeemed keeps the title. So before you go activating a code, make sure you're on the right account.

Launcher offline message

This means you’re offline. Connect to a network, or just redeem via the website.

Code missing from your order?

Try relaunching or refreshing your dashboard. If it’s still missing, contact our support team with your order ID.

No, it's still being recommended as a client on PC. And still receiving patches here and there.​

Can I redeem a Rockstar code on PS5 or Xbox?

No. Rockstar codes can only be activated in the Rockstar Game Launcher. If you’re planning to play on console, redeem it in the designated store.

Where is the game after the code is activated?

On the sidebar, click “Games” to find the title ready for installation.
