Wrong region

Your PlayStation account should match the region where the code was purchased.

Code already redeemed

Head to Account Manager, then to Transaction History. From there, check whether the input is correct or the code has already been used.

PS Plus voucher rejected

In your account, add a Payment Method, then try redeeming again.

Can I redeem a PSN code on PS4 instead of PS5?

Yes, in the PlayStation Store, at the bottom of the left sidebar, you can click Redeem Codes.

Why is my 10-digit code not working?

This is only for promotional discounts at checkout, not for vouchers, which require a 12-digit code to redeem.

Does the code transfer between accounts?

No, PlayStation Network locks the title in the account that redeems the voucher first. So, before confirming, please check that the logged-in account is the one you actually want to use the code for.
