- From HOME, open the Nintendo eShop.

- Click “Enter Code” on the left (labeled “Redeem Code” in Europe and many other regions).
- Input the Download Code in the field.
- Press OK/Confirm, and the download should begin automatically.
Troubleshooting
The code character looks like an O
Nintendo eShop entirely blocks the letters O, I, and Z. If it looks like O, then it’s likely the digit zero!
Wrong region
To fix, change your Nintendo Account country. Regions don't fully update from the console itself.
Download never appears
