Step-by-step

  1. Visit the GOG redemption page.
  2. Sign in to your GOG account if prompted.
  3. Input the code under the redemption field.
  4. Check the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
  5. Click Continue
  6. Review the redemption game information.
  7. Proceed by pressing the Continue button to confirm
  8. After all that’s done, the title should be added to your account immediately after

Troubleshooting

reCAPTCHA doesn’t load

Sometimes network outages block Google services, causing the checkbox to fail. Try switching to a different web browser to fix this.

GOG GALAXY redemption stalls

Try clicking outside the redeem window to abort and retry. If it still fails or stalls, try redeeming in a web browser.

Library missing title after redeem

Open https://www.gog.com/user/refresh and then restart GOG GALAXY.
