There's no doubt that Clash of Clans allows you to act out what may be a fantasy of yours in real life. Who doesn't like the idea of building bases into empires, linking up with your clan members, taking on versus battles, and more?

Even if you're not the most competitive person in the world, the building elements are likely to draw you in. As players of games such as these will tell you, they can get quite addictive.

Whether it's keeping yourself accountable or just trying to get some information, you may want to know how many hours you've played in Clash of Clans.

There must be information out there about this, right? After all, if Clash of Clans were to not load or you wanted to know why some item or feature was removed, it's pretty easy to find.

What about your time, though? Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to learn how long you've been playing the game natively, but there are a few places where you can get some useful information about your journey.

The Player Profile

This is native to the game itself and is one of the best ways to find out certain important stats. In short, your player profile is where you go to see a summary of information. Bear in mind that this is publicly accessible data. In other words, you can check out the profiles of others too.

Of course, the focus today is on your own profile. You'll see a “my profile,” tab, which has three sub-tabs that are clan capital, builder base, and home village. While the “home village” tab will always have information, you may find that the other two are locked, meaning you can't find information about that just yet.

As far as the insights you can find on your own profile, you'll see your experience level, name and tag, clan rank if you're in a clan, active labels, and whether or not you have clan invites turned on or off.

Should you check out another player's profile, much of what you will see is the same, but you can't edit labels for obvious reasons, and you won't see the clan invite buttons.

There are more exclusive pieces of information in the home village tab which will include your current trophy league, trophic cones, war stars won in clan wars, your all-time best, troops received and donated, number of defenses and attacks one, your current town hall level, army unit levels, skins on your heroes, and an extra set of information under the “legend league tournament” section if you have competed in a legend league at any point.

In the builder base tab, you'll see your all-time best, number of versus battles won, builder hall level, troop and hero levels, as well as “versus battle tournament” information where applicable.

As far as the clan capital tab goes, you'll be able to see the appearance of your house, gold contributed, capital hall levels, and troop and spell levels.

Online Databases

For online multiplayer games such as Clash of Clans, another great place to find information is via online databases. These will allow you to put in a player name, after which you will see whatever information you need.

Clash of Stats is a great place for this, allowing you to see rankings, achievements, a player summary, and more. You can get an idea of how long a player has been around using the “history” tab.

When you do this, you will be able to see a list of clans that the player has been seen in with timelines of the total amount of time in different roles.

You could theoretically total all this information to get an idea of how long the player has been at the game overall. There is even a metric for the total amount of time the person has not been in any clan.

As you can see, even with all the different features that Clash of Clans offers, being able to see how long you have been at the game is not one of them, regardless of the impressive amount of other information that you can get. However, there are alternative options such as using an online database to get these kinds of details.
